Account Deletion Request
Request complete removal of your data from our systems.
Before you proceed
- This action is irreversible.
- All your personal data, attendance records, and academic history will be permanently deleted.
- Any pending fee statuses will be reported to the administration before final deletion.
- It may take up to 30 days to process your request completely.
How to request deletion
To verify your identity and authorize the deletion, please follow these steps:

Log in to the App
Open the ICE Coaching application on your device or via the web portal.

Navigate to Profile
Go to your Profile page and select "Settings" > "Account".

Request Deletion
Tap the "Delete Account" button and confirm your password.
Alternatively, you can email your request from your registered email address.
